  1. Take multipal vegitable and chopped it fine
  2. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste in it.
  3. Add wheat flour,corn flour and all purpose flour in mixer.add salt as per test
  4. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce in mixer.
  5. Add fine chopped beetroot
  6. Mix all and make it in small balls
  7. Deep fry ball in oil at medium flame untill it turns to golden colour.
  8. Now take pan and some oil to it then add finely chopped vegetables and on high flame saute it
  9. Now add 1tbsp of all sauces (red chilli sauce,green chilli sauce and soya sauce) and insted of vinegar add 1tsp of lemon juice.
  10. Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour into 2 tbsp of water and add it to the mixture to make it thick
  11. Add all the Manchurian balls to the gravy and cover it for 1 min after 1min add tomato sauce if you wish as it enhances the flavour
  12. Now take out machurian in a plate and garnish it with spring onions
  13. Now enjoy your multi vegetable Manchurian
