- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil and spray foil with Olive Oil Spray.
- In a large mixing bowl combine bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic and Cream of Mushroom soup.
- Add Ground Chuck, Italian sausage, Montreal Steak Seasoning, Italian seasoning, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper. Mix thoroughly (I use my hands).
- Form meatballs into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and turn each meatball over. Return to oven and bake for 15 more minutes.
- NOTE: I add some of the meatballs to my Easy Hearty Spaghetti Sauce (recipe here on Cookpad) and serve for dinner. I freeze the remaining meatballs for another meal, Swedish meatballs and Mushroom gravy for example.
