- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- Minced meat:
- 350 gm minced meat
- 1 onion
- Green bell 🫑
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
- Paprika
- Black pepper
- Spices
- 250 gm mozzarella
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Spices
- 1 egg
- Tablespoon water
Instructions to make to make Calzone.. light & tasty
- Mix the flour with yeast,salt,sugar,olive oil and warm water.
- Knead your dough,cover it and put in warm place until it doubles in size.
- To prepare the meat saute the onion and the green bell pepper 🫑 in warm oil then add the minced meat.
- Stir well until it changes colour.. add salt,black pepper, paprika,spices and water.
- Leave it on medium heat until fully cooked ،then Leave it to cool.
- Mix mozzarella with olive oil,paprika,black Pepper,salt and thyme.
- To make your sauce add salt,black Pepper, olive oil and spices to tomato sauce.
- Dust work surface with flour.. devide the dough into 6 equal parts.
- Roll out the dough till about 2 mm thick
- On one half spread the sauce then put the minced meat, mozzarella and some parsley.
- Stir an egg with water then brush the edge of your dough.
- Bring the two sides of the dough together and press with a fork.
- Make holes on top with the fork.
- Brush with the egg.
- Bake it in preheat oven.
